How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked fresh daily with no added preservatives. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying them within 7-10 days of arrival. You can also freeze them in airtight containers for up to 3 months.
Do you ship to the US mainland and internationally?
Yes! We ship our delicious cookies to all 50 US states via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx to ensure they arrive fresh. Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
Are your cookies nut-free?
While we offer flavors without nuts, all of our cookies are baked in a facility that processes macadamia nuts, walnuts, and peanuts. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of allergens.
Can I place a custom order for a special event?
Absolutely. We love being part of your celebrations! For large orders, weddings, or corporate gifting, please contact our customer service team at least two weeks in advance.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been baked and packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
